It is surrounded by hectares of woods dominated by oaks, pines and typical Mediterranean plants that extend inside the property and offer the possibility of pleasant walks. The apartments are equipped with all necessary amenities, and the outdoor pool will give you unforgettable days in the company of friends and family. In 1800 the villa belonged to the noble family Scaramucci, and was now restored with respect and attention of the Tuscan traditions.

HOW TO REACH US
From Florence
Take the toll-free motorway SGC FI-PI- LI towards Pisa and exit at Montopoli Val d'Arno. After the exit turn left on SS67 and then right onto the SP65. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and continue on SP66 for 2 km, at the 2nd roundabout take the 3rd exit, Strada Prov. Francesca, in the direction of S. Maria in Monte, at the roundabout turn right into Via Usciana, continue along Via San Michele and then turn right in via Pregiuntino. Continue and turn left in via Paniaccio, until you reach the No. 9 Bis.
From Rome
Take the A1 motorway towards Florence, and exit at Firenze-Scandicci. Take the toll-free motorway SGC FI-PI- LI towards Pisa and exit at Montopoli Val d'Arno. From Genova
Take the motorway A12 towards Livorno, take at Viareggio the exit for the junction road Florence-Lucca-Viareggio-Camaiore towards A11 and follow direction Lucca-Florence. In the vicinity of Lucca follow the direction A11 to Florence and take the exit for Altopascio. Follow the direction of Fucecchio, Galleno, S. Croce sull'Arno. Cross Galleno, and after the village turn right towards Santa Maria a Monte, cross Staffoli continue for 4 km to the junction and turn left into Via Cerretti, continue and turn right into Via Falorni and then left in via Paniaccio up to the No. 9 Bis.
